How the price is built
Three parts. You know all of them before you say yes.
Setup
A fixed-price project
We build the calculator, CRM setup and quotes together with you. The price is agreed before we start and depends on how much needs to be built. Typically 2 to 3 weeks.
Subscription
A fixed monthly price
The same every month, however many leads the calculators bring in. Hosting, all integrations and support are included.
Add-ons
Only if you need it
Extra hours or prepaid hour packages for ongoing changes and new calculators. Agreed separately.

Three things we never compromise on.
We never sell your leads
Leads from your calculators are yours and only yours. They are never shared with other customers and never resold.
We never use your Excel or your data
Your spreadsheets, rules and numbers are only used to run your own solution. Not for other customers and not for anything else.
GDPR is under control
A data processing agreement from day one and clear rules for consent, access and deletion.

Questions about the agreement
Do you charge per lead?
No. There is no price per lead. You pay a fixed monthly price, however many leads the calculators bring in.
What decides the monthly price?
Three things: your industry, how many calculators you have live, and how many sales reps make quotes in the system. A calculator only counts once it is launched.
What does it cost to get started?
Setup is a fixed-price project that you know before we start. Banks that order a budget only pay once it is live.
How long are we committed?
The subscription normally runs month to month, unless we agree on a longer period.
How do we cancel?
Cancellation takes effect immediately. After that, neither hosting nor licence is invoiced.
Who owns the leads, the Excel file and the data?
You do. We never sell your leads, and we never use your Excel file or data for anything other than running your own solution.
