Introduction
These terms apply to customers who have purchased access to the LeadDoubler platform either directly or via a project where the platform is used by LeadDoubler’s consultants in connection with delivering to the customer.
When you operate and use our platform, you accept our terms and conditions.
Ownership
LeadDoubler software may not be copied or used without prior written agreement unless the licensee uses the software through access granted via a dashboard.
Sharing and Collaboration
LeadDoubler platform must be used by a single entity or organization. Licensees may share results, data, and other reports/tests or evaluations. Access to tools via LeadDoubler must not, by default, be passed on, shared, or distributed internally in teams. Franchise agreements or external partners require a license.
Protection
Neither LeadDoubler nor its employees can be held liable for damages or losses resulting from the use of the software, including but not limited to indirect, consequential, special damages, or other damages. This includes compensation for lost profits, compensation for loss of business opportunities, loss of data, or claims from customers or third parties, regardless of whether the customer had the possibility to avoid such damages. In cases where the law does not allow such limitations, the liability is limited to a refund of the price paid for the license.
Payment and Maintenance of Ownership
The customer has access to software and services when payments are made correctly. If payment is not received on time in relation to the issued invoice, the supplier reserves the right to suspend access without notice.
LeadDoubler reserves the right to shut down a customer’s account if the system is misused or used inappropriately.
A subscription account can be paused. After pausing, there is a reactivation fee of DKK 1,000 ex. VAT for reopening. Subscriptions are renewed at DKK 299/month.
The account will be paused until payment of the specific reactivation fee. Specific services/products such as databases cannot be paused.
All subscriptions are automatically renewed at 99% of the previous year’s price unless canceled.
Each startup includes LeadDoubler’s right to invoice other services and products.
Delivery of LeadDoubler in a project will include a full invoice for the implementation, which LeadDoubler performs or helps with. This invoice is due upon delivery to the customer.
If the customer comments or makes requests after the agreed project startup, an additional invoice will be sent for implementation if additional time is required.
General
With LeadDoubler, users can build various limited pages such as landing pages.
Each customer gets their own account in LeadDoubler’s platform. Here they can manage their account. This allows:
- Creating and managing their own offers/quote calculators (collectively called “LeadDoublers”)
- Creating users and access to CRM systems and quote calculators
- Measuring LeadDoubler usage
- Choosing and changing standard templates on their account
- Embedding LeadDoublers on their own websites or as independent landing pages
Termination
The LeadDoubler platform is delivered as an ongoing subscription unless otherwise agreed.
Other license packages follow the same startup.
The license can be terminated with 30 days’ notice from the end of a running license period, counted from the customer’s side.
If the license is not terminated with 30 days’ notice, it will be renewed from the next invoicing of the license period.
There is no refund for unused time or prepaid services.
Termination of the license must be notified in writing to support@leaddoubler.com.
Invoices are sent in advance. Unpaid invoices do not count as termination; the customer is obligated to pay according to the invoiced invoice.

Prices
Prices for subscriptions, licenses, templates, and products are adjusted continuously. The customer is informed about future price changes, which come into effect at the end of the current license period. Any price change applies to new invoicing from the start of the next license period unless otherwise agreed or if a price adjustment is included in these terms.
LeadDoubler reserves the right to adjust the platform’s terms and prices with reasonable notice.
Terms of Use
A customer may only use LeadDoubler to create lead-generating calculators for their own company or organization.
A customer may only use it as a legal entity (an LLC, company, or organization).
Fair Usage
LeadDoubler may not be used for:
- User abuse – with or without landing pages
- Using forms (without using calculators)
- Using LeadDoubler solely as a form or data handler
Design and Rights
Design and copyright of templates and graphics may not be copied without prior written permission. Violation of these terms entitles LeadDoubler to a compensation of at least DKK 100,000 per infringement unless higher damages can be proven.
Disputes
Any dispute must be settled under Danish law. Any disputes will be decided in the Court of Nyborg, Denmark.
